We do major formulating of RPVC extrusion compounds and Non-PVC weatherable polymers. Majority of formulation work is aimed at improving processing, outdoor performance and cost reduction. Compatability studies are used to ensure improvement in these areas. Also working in foam formulating, tooling design and processing. 50 years of working in the Plastics Industry, 40 of which have been in foam extrusion. President, Roderick Hughes has also created and published several patents to help diversify and reinforce the plastic industry throughout several decades. Our latest patent was accepted in July, 2016.

Extrutech also closely works with sister company Hughes Processing (HPI), from which consulting and technical sales are processed.
